Harvested August 21st. A slow, 10 day cold fermentation in stainless steel tank with temperatures ranging between 55-62 F. The colder fermentation allows the juice to retain the delicate fruit and spice characteristics that are associated with this southern varietal.
Composition: 100% Muscat Canelli Aging: 100% Stainless Alcohol 11.8%
Muscat has been a favorite since the times of the ancient Greeks; with it's richly perfumed notes of honey, jasmine, pear blossom, cantaloupe, white peach, and a hint of spicy nutmeg.
Pairs with grilled or barbecue steak, burgers and vegetables. Spicy tomatoe pasta dishes, pizza with anchovies, black olives & pepperoni.
