Alc. 15.2% Composition: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Petit Verdot Aging: 30 months in 75% new french oak
A quintessential, high-end Cabernet. Aromas of cassis, black cherry, and a classic touch of bell pepper lead into a palate framed by big, plush, rounded tannins. Striking notes of graphite, cedar, and deep black currant drive the finish. Built to age beautifully for years.
The 2021 OPR pairs beautifully with rich, savory dishes that enhance its bold character. Enjoy it alongside grilled filet mignon, slow-braised short ribs, or herb-crusted lamb chops. Its deep fruit and velvety tannins also complement mature cheeses like aged gouda, Parmigiano-Reggiano, or blue cheese. For a perfect pairing, serve it with hearty Italian dishes, such as truffle-infused pasta, beef ragu, or mushroom risotto.
